Shock Track Category
Like comedy? So do we. Intentionally submit a really bad idea and give us a lesson in humor. Or submit an idea that highlights a ridiculous policy in the Modest Proposal tradition. The Shock Track will give you a chance to go on stage to present your absurd or just plain horrible idea and make people laugh at the Idea Slam. There will be one winner of the Shock Track category. The Shock Track category prizes include the chance to have your humor or another piece of work published on one of the IPS project websites and a copy of “Too Big To Fail,” a book of political cartoons by Khalil Bendib. Please note that Shock Track contestants cannot compete for cash prizes or the Ideas Into Action Fellowship.
